Strategic Storytelling

A brand strategy is essential because it provides clarity about the competitive landscape, market position and customer expectations. We’ll define who you are, how you express yourself, and how you’ll communicate to your customers. This information is critical to develop effective marketing strategies, communicate purposely, and attract the right customers.

01 — Brand Foundation

Every brand holds a basic set of beliefs that influence everything they do — we call this the foundation and it’s imperative to define in order to become intentional, relevant, and effective. We’ll start by learning everything there is to know about you and your business so we can start our branding journey as a true partners.We’ll explore the purpose of your work, the effect you intend to have on the world around you, your audience, and business competitors. Then, we’ll define your business goals, brand mission, and the principles that will guide your behavior.

 

03 — Brand Messaging

Now that your brand foundation and personality are established — we’ll craft your brand messaging that will help strengthen brand loyalty, improve sales, and create high quality marketing content. We’ll start by defining your value proposition that directly states who you are and what you do. Then, depending on your brand’s needs we will articulate additional messaging elements, a tagline, selling points, your origin or founder story, elevator pitch, etc.

02 — Brand Personality

Brand personality is what makes your business human in the eyes of your potential customers and is a reflection of your foundation. For example, are you a rugged brand like Jeep or sincere like Disney? After defining your brand personality, we’ll identify your voice and tone which is how you’ll express yourself. Think of your brand’s voice as how you talk, and your tone as how you talk in different contexts. You always use the same voice, but you may shift your tone depending on what situation you’re in or who you’re talking to. These elements are important because they make your speech distinctive from competitors and help drive customer preference.
